Classes offered via ZOOM. ZOOM LINK will be emailed the evening before the first day of class. Pilates/Stretch: Build fundamentals of core strengthening and stabilization as it applies to movement. Beginning level exercises are emphasized to safely learn correct form and alignment. Stretching will create more space in spinal vertebrae and joints, allowing daily activities to more pain free and reduce the risk of injury. You will end class feeling stronger and relaxed! Participants of Virtual Recreation classes acknowledge they are responsible for ensuring their environment is safe/free from obstructions and that any use of third-party applications (e.g., Zoom) at their own security risk.
