About this Course

Description: Level 3 (age 6-12yrs) students develop propulsive fundamentals. Arm action is added to the basics developed in Level 2. Students will be introduced to bilateral breathing with crawl stroke. The dolphin (butterfly) and frog (breaststroke) kicks are introduced at this level. Retrieving objects under water are also introduced at this level. Level 3 continues development of water safety skills from Level 2.
