Awesome Kids Yoga Parent & Child classes are a fun way to connect with your body while enjoying time with your child. Stretch, bond, and breathe with your little one in this special yoga class designed for parent and child. Have fun connecting with your little one while strengthening and supporting your body & mind. Daina is a master at keeping children engaged, she uses playful songs, stories and fun mindfulness games that are sure to keep you and your little one engaged the entire time. SCHEDULE CHANGE & WITHDRAW FEES: There is a $5 or greater charge for each individual course transfer, each individual course schedule change, and each individual course withdrawal request.
