About this Course

This adaptive yoga class incorporates traditional poses in a fun and playful way making yoga easy for children of all abilities to experience in their own way. We will breathe and move to strengthen our muscles, improve our balance, increase body awareness, relaxation and emotional regulation. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and ability. Daina will give modifications as needed. SCHEDULE CHANGE & WITHDRAW FEES: There is a $5 or greater charge for each individual course transfer, each individual course schedule change, and each individual course withdrawal request.
