About this Course

Are you new to Tai Chi Qi Gong? Or, do you wish to renew your practice? The early class is designed for those who are new to Tai Chi; the following class is for those who have taken the first class, or Shirley Dockstader’s classes, and wish to learn the “Short Form” of Tai Chi. Tai Chi Qi Gong movements improve strength and balance, promote a smooth coordination of movement, and develop muscle memory, mental focus and cognitive memory. Developing strength and focus: Applying the Tai Chi Way of Moving while learning the 8-minute Tai Chi Short Form. Those who have taken Shirley Dockstader’s classes will be familiar with many of the movements.
