About this Course

Welcoming all 3rd – 8th grade basketball players! Register today for the Mill Valley Juneteenth 3v3 Basketball Tournament led by Coach Steve Johnson, Saturday June 15, 11am -3 pm at Tam Highschool, Gus Gym. Pre-registration is required. No day-of drop ins; spaces are limited. Sign up today and encourage a friend to sign up with you! This is a 3 on 3 tournament for all genders. There will be t-shirts, prizes, and a very fun time. The tournament will be set up in 3 parts: Phase 1: Everyone joins in warm-up exercises and drills Phase 2: Coach Steve forms teams and everyone plays games Phase 3: Play-offs for all teams, and championship games The MV Juneteenth 3v3 Basketball Tournament is organized and co-sponsored by Mill Valley Recreation, MVFREE and Play Marin. It is part of Mill Valley's Annual Celebration of African American Freedom Day. Please join us for Freedom Fest 2024 located at Tamalpais High School Parking lot. We will have Festivities, Food, Craft Sales, Activities, LIVE Music, Breakdancing & and MORE! The Celebration of Juneteenth Freedom Festival is open to the public.
