Qigong, an ancient Chinese healing tradition, combines movement, breath and mind to support healthy longevity. The simple and enjoyable movements will help to improve your energy, achieve a deeper sense of calm, and activate healing energy. We also practice a simplified version of tai chi. The entire class can be done seated or standing. All are welcome. Each class ends with tea and community time.
